Slab formwork BAUMA is suitable for applications in horizontal ferroconcrete elements and shutters any layout of slab. The system is simple in application due to relatively small quantity of elements being used on site.
The basic element is the telescope prop working in the following ranges: type B (1,54- 5,50m) , type C and D (1,46-4,00m). The prop together with the tripod and props head constitute a supporting set of the lower grid girders. The upper grid, that is allocated crosswise to the lower grid constitutes a support for plywood or 3-layer panels. High flexibility of spans between the elements gives an opportunity to design individual formwork, also heavy duty loads.
In connection with the prop system, the Bauma slab formwork enables shuttering of slabs up to 5,5 m high.
