This category contains products of highest quality deriving from the best Polish butcher's traditions. For many years taste and smell have been recognizable all over the world due to carefully selected components and natural spices.

Dry and semi-dry sausages are smoked by using fruit tree fire to give them specific color and taste. Low content of water in the final product results in long consumption time-limits and no obligation to use refrigerated places for storing.

If stored in hanging position, in a well-ventilated room and at a temperature between 10°C and 18°C, they will never loose their taste but, on the contrary, they will intensify their smell and taste to satisfy the most particular gourmets.

Maturing process has an important effect on the high quality of our products. In special chambers, a large part of water evaporates from the meat. What we obtain is the essence of both the spices and the meat.
