Extra Virgin Olive Oil, HACCP certified, is the result of the harmonious blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Arbequina and Coratina varieties with very special characteristics of aroma and flavour that, under organic management has a nutritional balance because of non-intervention in the soil with synthetic or concentrated fertilizers. The 2005 harvest produced 340’000 litres of excellent olive oil continuously awarded since 2003 throughout 2006 with the recognition as the best Organic Extra Virgin 2006.
