APEM offers several series of ruggedized keypads built to withstand the rigors of environmental exposure and public use applications. Using stainless steel to establish is high degree of vandal resistance, APEM can customize the keypad configuration and/or marking to meet specific customer requirements. Panel can be face sealed to IP65.

New keyboards proposed by APEM feature stainless steel front face and keys, which will withstand intensive use without deteriorating, even in harsh environments (bad weather, shocks, vandalism, etc.). The main advantages of this range are good tactile feedback and IP65 front panel sealing.
