This mahcine uses high frequency and high voltage corona discharge technology, the compressed air ource treated by filtering and cooling effectively, in order to achieving high concentration oxygen through 5A grade pressure swing absorption. The oxygen is converted into ozone in the discharge period of electrods. The machine adopts phase-shifting null voltage current switching technology.
